1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using HealthInbox ("the extension", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

HealthInbox is a browser extension that connects to your Gmail account via the official Google OAuth2 API to classify emails locally on your device. The service includes a dashboard for analytics, newsletter management, and optionally a Pro license for extended features.

3. License Tiers

HealthInbox is offered under two tiers:

  • Free tier — available to all users without payment. Limited to scanning 200 emails and access to basic analytics.
  • Pro tier — available via an annual license at 10 EUR/year. Includes unlimited scanning, subscription tracker, full sender analytics, and future features as they are released.

4. Payment and Billing

Pro licenses are billed annually via Stripe. By purchasing a Pro license, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel. All prices are in EUR and inclusive of applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal accessible from the extension's Settings view. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except as required by applicable law.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@healthinbox.app within 30 days of your purchase date with your order details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension
  • Use the extension in violation of Google's Terms of Service or Gmail API policies
  • Share, resell, or transfer your Pro license to another person
  • Use automated means to circumvent any license validation

7. Google API Services

HealthInbox uses the Gmail API under a limited read-only scope. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that classification results will be accurate in all cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthInbox and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the extension.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or by email to Pro license holders. Continued use of the extension after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
