Every account linked to your email, found.

HealthInbox reads your Gmail headers (never the body) to list every service you signed up for, the forgotten ones and the ones still billing you, and tells you what to do with each. It runs in your browser and has no permission to delete or change a single message.

Free tier scans 200 emails. Pro is 10 EUR / year.

Access

Read-only, by design

Google shows you this scope before you connect. HealthInbox can read the headers of your messages and nothing else: it cannot open a message body, send, delete or change mail.

What it does

Four jobs, one read-only pass

Every claim below is something you can verify in the extension: the accounts, the charges and the breakdown below are real screens.

01

See every account linked to your address

Welcome emails, password resets and policy notices reveal every service you signed up for. HealthInbox lists them, flags the ones gone quiet for months or years and the ones that reported a breach, and tells you what to do with each: keep it, secure it, or close it.

Accounts view: a digital hygiene score of 70 out of 100, 16 linked accounts of which 8 are dormant or forgotten, and a review list with Deliveroo, Twitch and Pinterest and a recommended action for each.

02

Find the subscriptions you forgot

HealthInbox reads receipts, invoices and renewal headers, extracts the merchant and amount, and estimates what each service costs you per year. It never touches your bank account.

Find email subscriptions →
Subscriptions view: Adobe, Netflix, Spotify, Canva, Dropbox and Apple, with an estimated 71.78 EUR a month and 861 EUR a year.

03

Classify locally, with no upload

A two-pass engine does the work: deterministic header rules settle most emails instantly, and a small language model (downloaded once, cached by your browser) resolves the ambiguous ones on your GPU or CPU.

How classification works →
All Emails view: each email labelled newsletter, personal or subscription, from sender, subject and date only.

04

Unsubscribe from newsletters in one click

Newsletters are grouped by sender so you see who fills your inbox. Hit unsubscribe once and HealthInbox opens the sender’s official unsubscribe link. No scripts, no hidden requests.

Unsubscribe in Gmail →
Newsletters view: senders grouped by volume, such as Medium with 70 emails and Zalando with 45, each with an Unsubscribe button.

FAQ

Questions about HealthInbox

How do I find all accounts linked to my email?

Every service you sign up for emails you: a welcome message, a password reset, a receipt or a policy update. HealthInbox reads those headers in your browser, groups them by service, and lists every account linked to your Gmail address, flagging the ones that went quiet, reported a breach or still bill you. How to find all accounts linked to your email.

Is HealthInbox an email cleaner with no data sharing?

Yes. HealthInbox reads only email headers (sender, subject, date) through the official Gmail API and classifies them with an AI model that runs inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded to any server, and there is no backend that sees your email. The only network call our service receives is a license check containing your Gmail address, nothing else.

How does the offline email classifier work in Chrome?

On first launch, HealthInbox downloads a small open-source language model (~25 MB) that is cached by your browser. Classification then runs locally, on your GPU via WebGPU when available, on the CPU otherwise. After the one-time model download, classification works without sending any data out.

Can I clean up my Gmail inbox for free?

Yes. The free tier scans and classifies your 200 most recent emails, groups newsletters by sender, and lets you unsubscribe with one click. Pro (10 EUR/year) unlocks unlimited scanning, the paid subscription tracker, and detected accounts.

Does HealthInbox read the content of my emails?

No. Every Gmail API request uses the metadata format, which returns headers only. The email body is never requested, stored, or transmitted. This is verified by automated tests in our codebase and enforced by the read-only OAuth scope.

How do I find all my paid subscriptions in Gmail?

HealthInbox detects receipts, invoices, and renewal emails in your inbox, extracts the merchant and amount, and shows an estimated monthly and annual cost per service, without ever accessing your bank account. See find email subscriptions for details.
